Our highly skilled workforce of machinists and engineers focus on complex parts that require careful process design utilizing design datums and our own fixturing plans. Paired with a suite of 5-axis CNC mills and 6-axis CNC mill-turn lathes, we can fit the right machine to the right job from conception through production. We also utilize robotic tending in pallet automation systems on our machines to maximize capacity and minimize quality deviation. All of this is managed through our MES/ERP system to minimize touches and expedite quote through delivery.
We offer reliable precision CNC milling services for complex parts with high feature counts. Using the latest CNC milling equipment with 3-, 4- and 5-axis capabilities, we produce build to print parts from prototype through production using automation.
We provide CNC turning services with 6-axis CNC mill-turn for parts with off-centered and backsided features. Our Y-axis and sub-spindles allow “one and done” parts and unattended production.
Our AS9100 certification allows us to serve the aerospace and space industries in addition to medical and defense. We have a dedicated quality lab with CMMs, an optical comparator and a multitude of calibrated gauging instruments to ensure customers receive quality parts.
