5-Axis CNC Milling Capabilities

Work Envelope

Our 5-Axis milling work envelope is 18” diameter x 12”. Our 3 and 4-axis milling work envelope is 30” x 40”.


We offer positional tolerancing to 0.0005” with a range of equipment grades to pair the right machine for tolerancing requirements.


Our robotic tending using Erowa pallet automation systems maximizes capacity and minimizes quality deviation.


We utilize Solidworks as our CAD software and Hypermill as our CAM software.


The typical materials we machine include aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, armor plate and more.
